Gareth Thomas MP is the Minister for Trade, Investment and Consumer Affairs in the Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform (BERR) and the Department for International Development (DFID). His responsibilities include UK Trade & Investment, on which he will report jointly to the Business Secretary and the Foreign Secretary.
